About Me

     Living a healthy lifestyle has been an important part of my life. 2001 I lost my 52 year old mother to colon cancer. In June of 2003 my dad almost lost his life to a 98 percent blockage from having coronary artery disease. He was only 49.  Thankfully my dad chose to live and decided to change his lifestyle through exercise and healthy nutritional choices. He educated himself immensely and passed on his new knowledge to me. At that time I had a one year old son and realized how fragile life is. My goal was to do as much research as possible to live a healthy lifestyle while raising my son.  My whole world changed and I never looked back. My nutritional habits changed and I incorporated fitness routines. I lost 50 pounds! Not only did I physically feel better, I also felt mentally and emotionally better.

     I have always enjoyed helping and encouraging people to live their best healthiest life. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2001. I continuously enjoy improving my clients quality of life.  I am also a motivated and compassionate trainer that would do my best to create the best personalized routine to achieve the clients goals. I would help to overcome obstacles throughout the fitness journey and introduce a variety of new exercises to continue motivation, accountability, preventing boredom and succeeding with confidence.

     My training approach is to help clients to achieve their goals. Based on growth, I love to see clients become more aware of their nutritional lifestyle and how they feel when they add a consistent work out regimen.  We all have set backs and no one is perfect. I will be there for each client, encouraging them every step of the way. My goal is to help clients progress to the next level of their fitness journey in a positive, fun and safe way.  Together  (client and I) can create nutrition plans and work out programs that will help them to remain motivated. We will work together to make sure that your nutritional needs and workouts are sustainable. My goal is to help empower each client as they accomplish their goals.
